DAY 1

Arrival and Transfer to Hotel

Arrival at Blaise Diagne Airport and transfer to hotel in private vehicle or bus Check in at Novotel or Djoloff in Dakar. Overnight in your Hotel in Dakar

DAY 2

Dakar Highlights – Gorée Island

After breakfast start Dakar highlights tour during which you will drive through colonial district and see the state House the parliament the independence square and the East Cost view of Dakar bay and Gorée visit kermel drive through sandaga market towards Médina the grande mosque, and National avenue and obelisk stop at sand painting galery then through Dakar university in a residential district and shopping at Soumbedioune craft market then drive to the harbor to catch the ferry to gorée island for lunch.

In the afrernoon visit the islands interesting sights of Gorée like the captive house and Saint-Charles Church then Back to Dakar Dinner and overnight in Dakar

DAY 3

Dakar / Pink lake Retba/ Lompoul

Atfer Breakfast visit Dakar Cathedral then the African Renaissance Statue in Dakar and pointe des Almadie which is Africa far western land in the Atlantic a residential district.

Drive to Pink lake then visit the lake and the salt harvest by 4X4 on the traces of the Dakar Rallye then lunch After go for a float in the lake .Continuation to Kayar fish market impressive spectacle then drive to Lompoul Desert, camel ride on option , walk in the dune to observe the sunset magic moment. Dinner and overnight in bivouak.

DAY 4

Lompoul – Saint-Louis (264Km)

Departure in the morning then drive to Saint-Louis stop on the way for visit.

Afternoon city tour with horse cart along its narrow streets bordered by colonial houses in the old town declared UNESCO Heritage site Dinner and overnight at Residence or similar.

DAY 5

Saint-Louis-Djoudj-Saint-Louis (140Km)

After breakfast, departure to the north 60KM at the national park of Djoudj which is UNESCO World Heritage site ,where we take a motorize canoes to go through the Senegal river’s back waters. This ornithological park is the third most important for fauna, birds of all kind transit between November and May .(and from June to October )

Back to Saint-Louis for lunch and visit the visit the photography Museum on foot then free time for your own discovery and shopping.

DAY 6

Saint Louis /Touba /Toubacouta

Early after breakfast departure towards Touba the Holly city where is the biggest Mosque in WEST Africa,arrival around 10 o’clock then start the visit by the help of a local guide who will explain Mouridia soufism which is one of the biggest brotherhood in Senegal. In the mosque we most have long dress and foot bar .Women visiting the Mosque most cover their hair. Visiting Touba will light you about Islam and tolerance and solidarity.

After the visit of the mosque drive to Kaolack and lunch at Relais Hotel. Drive to Toubacouta later in the afternoon visit the river for birds watching in the mangrove vegetation and sunset.

Dinner and overnight at Keur Saloum or Similar.

DAY 7

Toubacouta – Joal Fadiouth Saly (60km)

After breakfast boat ride through the Sine Saloum River towards Ndagane ,lunch at the delta of the river ,swim relax then continue to the terminal to catch the vehicle then drive to Joal-Fadiouth , on arrival visit the sea shell island of Fadiouth then visit Senghor Museum in Joal .

Drive to Saly check in at your hotel.Dinner and overnight in Saly
